Keith Griffin –
Cognitive Collaboration Technology & AI Specialist

Keith Griffin joined Cisco’s Collaboration Technology Group in 2007. He has over twenty years experience in the enterprise collaboration industry and is based in Galway Ireland. Keith is focused on Cognitive Collaboration Technology including AI and Machine Learning, this also includes Metrics, Analytics and Data Science for Collaboration Technology. He leads Cisco’s Collaboration IP, Patent and Research strategy. Keith works closely with customers, partners and analysts to ensure that technology direction is aligned with market needs.

Keith holds a PhD from the University of Limerick in Ireland related to the use of Representational State Transfer (REST) programmable interface design for Communications Integration in web browsers. He continues to work on research projects in the collaboration technology space, is active in standards work and has co-authored a W3C draft to standardize screen sharing in WebRTC.
